DStv Installation

If you’ve just moved in or want to switch from another service, we can help set up your entire DStv system. We supply and install the dish, run the cables neatly, and make sure your decoder is fully set up and working before we leave.

We install all types of DStv decoders, including Explora, HD PVR, Single View, and DStv Ultra models. Every job includes aligning the dish to the right satellite, mounting it securely, and connecting everything so it works smoothly.

DStv Repairs and Signal Problems

If your DStv system is giving you trouble—like a broken signal, E48-32 errors, no sound, or frozen screens—we can sort it out quickly.

• LNB replacement (especially when cracked or rusted)
• Cable faults or cuts in the line

DStv Relocations

Moving house? Don’t leave your DStv setup behind. We can remove your existing dish and cables carefully, and reinstall them at your new home. If anything is too worn to reuse, we’ll let you know and offer a cost-effective replacement.

Our relocation service includes:

• Dismantling your dish, cables, and decoder
• Transporting it to your new address
• Reinstalling and reconnecting everything properly
• Testing signal strength and fixing alignment
• Reconnecting extra view points if you had them before

This is a popular service for tenants, landlords, and homeowners across Pretoria North.

Extra View Setup and Extra TV Points

If you want to watch different channels in different rooms using one DStv subscription, we can set up Extra View for you. This involves linking two or three decoders together using either a Smart LNB or heartbeat cable.

We’ll explain how it works and set it up properly so your signal is strong on both decoders. We also install extra TV points to send the signal to bedrooms, living rooms, entertainment areas, or other TVs around the house.

If your signal is weak in other rooms, we can add a signal booster where needed.

Dish Alignment

A dish that’s even slightly out of place can give you constant signal problems. If your signal drops when it rains or certain channels don’t load, chances are your dish needs realignment.

We carry professional signal meters to align your dish precisely with the satellite. We also check the cables, LNB, and mounting brackets to make sure nothing is loose or worn out.

This service usually takes under an hour and often solves most signal complaints.

Decoder Setup and Cabling

If you’ve just bought a new DStv decoder and don’t want to risk messing up the installation, we can connect it for you properly. We also help with:

• HDMI or AV cable connections
• Connecting to sound systems or home theatre setups
• Setting up the remote and settings
• Updating the software or restoring factory settings
• Linking your decoder to WiFi for streaming (Explora Ultra and DStv Stream)
• We’re also happy to mount your TV on the wall and hide the cables if needed.
